Tuesday:

• Research restaurant websites, and choose groups of two
• Decide upon a name, theme, and slogan for your restaurant. 

Wednesday:

• Begin the menu with your name & slogan.  Type up appetizer names & descriptions

Thursday: 

• Continue on menu, moving to the soups, salads, and sandwich categories

Friday:

• Begin page two of menu, with dinner entrees and desserts

Today we will be concentrating on finishing our 'Scenario' memos.   After that, I will be introducing our next assignment, which is a collaborative effort.  It should be a LOT of fun!
